Refund policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of JT Productions, LLC. 

COACHING & CONSULTING

There are absolutely no refunds on Coaching and Consulting because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back. We cannot guarantee results in a coaching or consulting relationship because results depend on your openness to being coached and your willingness to do the work.

If you are not completely satisfied with your investment and are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting on future payments. (It's rare, but it does happen that a coach and client may be ill-matched.)

Upon providing full program payment you are authorizing JT Productions, LLC to process your payment. Upon approval, you are responsible for full payment of fees for the program. No refunds will be issued if you decide you're not committed this the program and installments must be paid on a timely basis.

A lot time, thought and heart goes into our calls together. If you’re late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well. 

PAYMENT PLANS

If you us using a multi-pay or payment plan and you decide to stay in the program, you are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your credit card lapses, we will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send us your new information. If you do not get your information up-to-date during that grace period, coaching will be suspended. If you aren’t able to bring your account into good standing within 7 days after that, then we will reluctantly be parting ways.

APPAREL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind what we put out and we want you equipped with gear you're proud to wear — and if something's off, we'll make it right.

We're human. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@betheflint.com immediately and we'll handle it.

Returns for Refund

  • Timeframe: Refunds to your original payment method must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges for Store Credit

  • Timeframe: Exchanges for store credit are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn and in original, new condition
  • Tags attached (if applicable)
  • Free of debris, hair, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear
  • Unwashed and free of any scent — detergent, cologne, or otherwise

Important

  • Items returned in damaged or non-restockable condition will incur a 20% loss fee, automatically deducted from your refund or store credit.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
  • Free Gift Policy: Orders that included a free gift must have that item returned when requesting a refund. If the gift is kept, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund total.

Shipping Your Return

  • Return labels must be requested within the applicable return window.
  • Once a label is issued, items must be shipped back within 7 days. Returns shipped after that window may be denied or subject to a reduced refund.
  • Packages received outside the return window — even with a label requested on time — will be handled at our discretion and may result in a refund reduction of up to 50% or no refund depending on the delay.
